Its core program, Apollo CSM, is fully managed IT covering help desk support, 24/7 network monitoring, endpoint protection, patching, and monitored backups. A higher CSM+ tier is available for businesses that need stronger email security and compliance support. Companies that already have an internal IT person can choose a co-managed arrangement instead, where Apollo handles monitoring, security, or after-hours coverage. The company also offers DMARC implementation, a cloud phone system called Apollo Link, and PC as a Service, which replaces computers every three years for a flat monthly rate.
