E2E Coaching is the coaching practice of Mitchell York, a Certified EOS Implementer based in West Sayville. York founded E2E Coaching in 2002 and helps entrepreneurs and their leadership teams run their companies on EOS, the Entrepreneurial Operating System, a set of practical tools for aligning a team around a clear vision, building accountability, and executing consistently.
As an EOS Implementer, York teaches the system, facilitates full-day planning sessions with leadership teams, and coaches them through quarterly and annual meetings. He has led more than 400 of these sessions. He is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and works with executives, entrepreneurs, and financial advisors.
Before coaching, York was president of LendingTree during its startup phase and spent 17 years as a senior executive at CMP Media on Long Island, where he founded the company’s TechWeb site. He is a graduate of Northwestern University and Columbia Business School.
