BEB Work is a 7,200-square-foot coworking space at 26 Harbor Park Drive in Port Washington, launched in 2025 by BEB Capital, a real estate investor and developer of industrial, office, and multifamily properties along the East Coast. The space has an industrial look, with concrete floors, exposed ceilings, and plenty of natural light.
Members can choose private offices, cubicles, or hot desks, and book phone booths and a tech-equipped conference room set up for video calls. Private offices are available monthly, with limited day use on a first-come basis. Coffee, tea, snacks, printing, and high-speed Wi-Fi are included. The building, which BEB Capital upgraded in 2024, also has a lobby coffee bar, an outdoor patio, and parking.
Flexible memberships make BEB Work a practical option for remote workers, freelancers, and growing teams on Nassau’s North Shore, close to Roslyn and Northern Boulevard.
