Atomic Business Coaching is a Merrick-based coaching practice co-founded by business advisor Adam T. Hurd and life coach Tom Marino. The firm’s approach works on two things at once: the business itself, and the owner running it.
Hurd brings 24 years of experience in financial services, including serving as president of a New York financial planning firm, and has advised companies at every stage of growth. Marino is a healthcare executive, licensed physician assistant, and certified life coach who previously hosted a show on 103.9 FM Long Island News Radio. Their coaching is built around nine core principles aimed at helping owners grow revenue while working less.
