Atlantic Group is an executive search and staffing firm founded in New York City in 2006, with a Long Island office at 68 South Service Road in Melville that opened in 2018. The firm also has offices in Philadelphia, Boston, Chicago, Stamford, New Jersey, and London.

Atlantic Group started with a focus on finance, accounting, and operations roles and has grown into a full-service recruiting organization. Its specialties now include finance and accounting, capital markets, healthcare, real estate and construction, information technology, and administrative and corporate services, along with short- and long-term staffing and outsourced payroll services.

The Long Island team focuses on reaching passive candidates, people who are employed but open to the right opportunity, and takes the time to learn each client’s culture so it can recommend candidates who fit.
