Aisling Executive Coaching is a Huntington-based coaching practice founded in 2018 by Tim Finnegan. Before starting the firm, Finnegan spent 40 years in sales, operations, marketing, management, and leadership development, including serving as a Managing Director with Deloitte in its technology, media, and telecommunications practice.

The firm offers one-on-one executive and sales coaching that helps leaders gain self-awareness, clarify goals, and grow as leaders, with each program customized to the individual’s strengths, blind spots, and responsibilities. It also provides team development programs, experiential leadership training, career transition coaching, and DiSC behavioral assessments.

Aisling works with leaders at every level, from emerging and high-potential employees to senior executives, and builds programs around each organization’s schedule, culture, and budget.
